Typical Cuts Include:

  • Steaks – Ribeye, Sirloin, Chuck, and T-Bone
  • Roasts – Chuck Roast, Arm Roast, Rump Roast, and Sirloin Tip
  • Ground Beef – Approximately 25–30 lbs
  • Other Cuts – Stew meat, Soup Bones, BBQ Ribs, and Flank or Skirt Steak (when available)
